Three Generations of 3PL Experience
Our company is not a recent creation. All-Can Pro Logistics has evolved over three generations and almost 70 years of our family enterprise.
In 1945 our focus was the industrial heartland of Canada, distributing wholesale industrial products. The number of product lines we handled was literally in the hundreds making the brand names too numerous to mention here. Controlling all the individual product SKU’s, their parts and part numbers was the beginning of our expertise in inventory management. It is still a matter of corporate pride that we know exactly what we have on hand, exactly where it is located and that it is kept exactly as prescribed by its maker. When inventory is ready to be shipped, it must get to its destination on time and in a condition that pleases the recipient.
Expanding Inventory Management Services
By the 1970’s we expanded our inventory management skills and began building custom warehouses and distribution centres for iconic industry names in Canada such as The Bata Footwear Company, Sears Canada, Nortel Networks, Parmalat Canada and Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals. We continue to have a leasing and development portion of our business catering to clients wishing to operate their own supply chain facilities.
Evolved Third Party Logistics Solutions
In the 1980’s our business evolved further by beginning to offer full public warehousing and Third Party Logistics solutions. In the 30 years we have been providing 3PL services, we have become proficient at managing the traditional bulk inventories of manufacturers. In this category we have enjoyed successful relationships with clients such as P&G, Quaker Oats, Pepsico, Exxon Mobil and many more. We have become experts in refrigerated services in the cooler category (above freezing temperatures) developing relationships with recognizable brands such as Parmalat, Saputo and many other dairy, chocolate and food related companies. We have completed our three point service offering by being experts in the storage and fulfillment industry.
