HANDLING

Pre-Relationship:

Before your first shipment arrives at the warehouse, we will have analyzed the nature of your products and allocated the resources to handle them effectively.

  • Our employees will be trained in Standard Operating Procedures developed specifically for your products.
  • Standard or specialized handling equipment will be available as needed.

Receiving:

  • Unload any vehicle or sea container
  • Full RF Integration to WMS
  • Sortation upon Receiving
  • Confirmation of Bill of Lading to Actual

CLERICAL

The electronic records of all storage, handling and other services are managed by the Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).  They will be your day-to-day contact at the warehouse.  The CSR Team ensures accurate inventory and billing information.

  • Detailed customer setup in WMS
  • Detailed product setup in WMS
  • Develop customer specific WMS SOP’s

Information Management:

  • Inventory data loaded into WMS
  • Cycle and full inventory counts
  • Address Customer Service inquiries

  • Receive ASN’s and Process
