tium Global Standard for Storage and Distribution (BRC). The Standard includes the requirement
to maintain a documented and approved Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
plan. We are audited annually by AIB International (formerly The American Institute of Baking) to
maintain our certification under BRC. Our internally developed Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
incorporate the BRC standard into our day-to- day activities. We have chosen Fulton Food Safety
Inc. as our consultant to help us achieve our commitment to the Safety, Quality and Legality of our
customer’s products.
